Since 2023, Bali Reclaimed Timber & Furniture has recovered more than 30 retired wooden boats from Java, Bali, Lombok, Sumbawa, and Sumba, purchasing the vessels directly to preserve their valuable timber.
Through local craftsmanship, these historic timbers are given a second life as furniture, architectural elements, and contemporary spaces—reducing the need for newly harvested wood while supporting local communities.
