Bornean Ironwood

Known locally as Ulin or Belian, Bornean Ironwood is an exceptionally dense and durable tropical hardwood from Borneo. Renowned for its natural resistance to moisture, decay, and termites, it is a timeless choice for demanding outdoor and architectural applications.

Merbau Wood

Merbau is a distinctive tropical hardwood recognized for its rich reddish-brown color, strength, and natural durability. Its warm tones and expressive grain make it a versatile material for flooring, furniture, decking, and architectural details.

Bengkirai Wood

Bengkirai is a strong and durable tropical hardwood with a warm golden-brown appearance. Its natural resistance to weather and decay makes it especially well suited for decking, outdoor structures, and other applications where strength and longevity are important.

RC (Rimba Campur)

Rimba Campur brings together the character of Indonesia’s tropical hardwoods—each species shaped by its own origin, grain, color, and natural qualities. From the deep resilience of Ironwood to the warm tones of Merbau and Bengkirai, RC celebrates the diversity of the forest through honest, enduring materials.

The Story Behind Our Ironwood

Before becoming furniture or architectural timber, these boards spent years serving aboard working vessels. Their weathered surfaces, natural color variations, grain patterns, old fastener marks, and signs of use are part of their history. Each piece carries a character that cannot be replicated with newly produced timber. We recover, sort, clean, and process these materials so they can begin a second life.
